The Elderlaw Project provides low-income seniors (aged 60+) across New York City with access to a broad spectrum of legal advice. Services provided include the preparation of basic wills, health care proxies, living wills and powers of attorney.  The Elderlaw Project does not see clients in their office and does not provide legal representation in court.
